Connection Acceptance Learning and Mindfulness CALM Psychology


 

Jennifer (she/her)  provides therapy based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) along with  Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support adaptive coping, healing from trauma and reaching ones full potential. 


Jennifer has experience working in Alice Springs at headspace and Central Australian Aboriginal Congress and currently operates a private practice in the Geelong area.

Jennifer provides psychological care tailored to meet client's individual needs.   Jennifer's approach is person centred, non-judgmental and compassion focused.   Jennifer believes that it is important to build connection, and help clients develop the skills of self-acceptance and to foster learning and mindfulness.  


 Jennifer takes care to support her clients to experience a safe and neutral space where they will be listened to and heard.  Working collaboratively, Jennifer will develop a plan to get you closer to your goals and support you to heal, energise, and build on your  inner strengths. 


  Visit your GP to discuss a Mental Health Care Plan to access the Medicare Better Access Scheme that will provide up to 10 rebated sessions.
